Home Owners Dues
Homeowners’ Association Dues are collected annually from each household in the community. They must be paid on time in order for the neighborhood to be kept beautiful and safe. This money pays for maintenance, repair, and labor of all common areas, shared utilities, insurances for our community, etc. Each homeowner is notified yearly of dues notices (amount, due date, late fees, etc.). Because of the hard work put in by the Board of Directors, the annual dues have been consistent from previous years. Currently, for the 2024-2025 calendar year, the HOA annual dues are $250.00 per household. There are several ways to pay: 1. Bring check, or money order to the monthly HOA meeting. 2. Mail* your check (Made out to “StoneWoodHills HOA”) to: SWH HOA PO Box 140713 Broken Arrow, OK 74014 3. Pay via credit card via by clicking on the “Pay Now” button below. Paypal is a secure, online payment center. This costs you an extra $15 (total will be $265.00)**, but maybe it’s more convenient for you. If you already have a Paypal account, you can use that. If you don’t have an existing account, you can create one or evenpay without creating an account! Ensure all of your contact information is correct. Once the transaction is complete, you will immediately receive a Paypal receipt via email, which you can print and save for your records. |
